Senior Business Development Manager

The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and expansion by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with international remittance partners within the fintech and remittance sectors. This role focuses on leveraging an extensive network across the Middle East and US corridors to strategically scale the business.

Job Specification:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field;
MBA or relevant certifications in fintech/remittances preferred;
Experience: At least 5-7 years of business development experience in the remittance and fintech industries;
Skills: Strong network within the international remittance sector, particularly in the Middle East and US regions;
Proven track record in driving partnerships and business growth across cross-border remittance channels;
Working Setup: Hybrid, at least 5 times a month in the HQ located in Legaspi Village, Makati; and
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 44 hours weekly.
